Application Process

Make sure to upload a sketch of your proposed concept art, the committee cannot select you as a participant without seeing your concept art first. Applications without concept art will be delayed in processing. If you are unable to upload your concept art or encounter an error during the application process please call 727-447-7600 for alternative options to send your art.

Applications may be submitted to the Events Coordinator in the following formats:

1) Download the application in .pdf format by clicking this link:

2) Complete the application fully.
3) Scan or take a photo of your concept art.
4) Use this link to send your application. Be sure to attach your concept art:

Application deadline – October 5th, 2018

Late Applications and Day-of Applications are on a first come, first served basis only. There is no guarantee of available space.
